If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. Ask us for our list of references, we have many! The vast majority of our business comes from referral and if we can’t add your name to that list, we haven’t done our job.
Seller Services:
Easy Exit Guarantee – If you are not 100% satisfied with our services you may elect to cancel the listing agreement with 48 hours written notice after the first 90 days.
Weekly Seller Updates- Communication is the key to customer satisfaction. We call you at least once a week to let you know what is going on.
We’ve Moved Cards- These are fun little cards that help you get the word out about your new address. We’ll come take a high quality color photo of your family in front of your new home, print the cards and mail them at our expense.
Goodbye Parties- For our clients moving out of the area, we love to host going away parties. We will design and mail the invitations to your friends and family. We provide the food from one of the areas popular restaurants and handle all the set up. You simply provide the beverages and show up. It’s a great time!
Smooth Move Checklist- We’ll take the stress out of finding all those phone numbers for you. We provide a list of all pertinent utility providers to get you up and running in your new home as soon as you hit the door.
proagentsolutions.com- As a part of our communication strategy, we offer you access to the proagentsolutions.com website. As agents update their showing, we download the showings of your home to the website and solicit feedback from other Realtors about what they thought and their clients’ interest in your home. Every time we receive a response, you’re automatically sent an email indicating feedback is waiting for you.
Relationship With Local Designers- Chris has relationships with local interior designers who can help you stage your home for sale or design the perfect layout for your new place.
