metro living realtors prides its self on being the absolute best. We go above and beyond what you’ll find with any other agent in town, period. You may find a few of the below services from some other agents, but no one to our knowledge does it all. metro living realtors does.
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. Ask us for our list of references, we have many! The vast majority of our business comes from referral and if we can’t add your name to that list, we haven’t done our job.
Buyer Services:
As your buyer’s agent, our fee is paid 100% by the seller. We do not charge you anything directly. Since we work almost exclusively by referral, we spend much more time concentrating on our clients, and much less time marketing ourselves. Doing so allows us to offer our most valued buyer service, is the Don’t Rush Policy.
Don’t Rush Policy- We spend as much time with our buyers as it takes to find a home that suits their specific needs. Buyers shouldn’t feel rushed into making a decision they aren’t 100% sure about. Other agents will pressure you to make an offer so they can move on to the next client. We never, ever pressure you.
Custom Client Website- We will set up a custom website with your specific search criteria that is updated daily. All the houses that match what you’re looking for will be automatically added to the website. You can select the ones you’re interested in and we can make plans to go see them.
Negotiate the contract to get you the best possible deal on a home. Chris is a very experienced negotiator. He was trained on-the-job negotiating deals for Honeywell and Applied Materials.
Housewarming Parties- Similar to our Goodbye Parties for sellers who are moving out of the area, we like to help our buyers welcome their friends and families to their new home. Again, we take care of the invitations and food. You supply the beverages and it’s a party!
General Services:
These services are offered to all our clients as a part of what we do.
Follow the transaction from contract to close by helping you coordinate with the mortgage lender, title company and inspections
Answer any questions you may have about the home buying/selling process
Keep you informed of all pertinent details of the transaction through your preferred contact method
Send monthly items of value to our clients
Members of a Nationwide Referral Directory- We belong to a national referral network. If you’re moving out of state, have a cousin in Idaho or a sister in Alabama, we can refer them to a high quality realtor that offers similar services as we do
Pop by a couple of times a year with a little something to let you know we’re thinking about you
Show up at closing with a bottle of wine or champagne so you can celebrate your new home
Invitations to client parties- Twice a year (more or less!) we throw parties for our clients as a way to say thanks. They’re a lot of fun and a great way to meet people like yourself.
Thank you for referrals with dinner or tickets to a show
Give you access to our referral directory of services. We only refer our clients to the best business people in town! Need a good carpenter, plumber, electrician, or masseuse? You name it. We’ve got them.
